Getting worse is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.

The note can be found at Naked Creek, on a crate next to a lantern in the campsite, near a dead Blue Ridge guard surrounded by cracked eggs.

Day 6
Something's picking us off. Judy and Joel disappeared in the night and one of the Brahmin was gutted. Maybe more like "shredded".
Dennis panicked and made a break for it but we found him not far, dead on the road. We've buried him on the little island next to the river. This place is too dangerous, we're going to pack up tonight and head back north.
