The note can be found in Vault 79, in the kitchen area, on a table. After Secrets Revealed is completed, most sections of the vault become inaccessible and this item can no longer be retrieved.
Transcript[]
We've been locked up in this place for a year now. AC lets us listen to radio signals, but he's locked up the transmitter. The only thing we hear is static and the occasional plea for help. I'm pretty sure the war has caused a complete breakdown of society.
We're all going a little bit nuts in here. We need to get out. Three agents have already taken their own lives. I've pleaded with AC to send one of us out to scout, but he always says "Slick, that would just be a death sentence and you know it." A part of me thinks dying out there under the sky and with the sun on my skin would be better that staying in here.
