Breakthrough is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Steel Reign.

The note can be found at Vault 96, on a red console on the upper level of the reactor, next to a robot fabricator. It only appears during A Satisfied Conscience.

Some success at last! I remain far from the ultimate goal, but serum 87A induced a remarkable 257% reduction in the impact of radiation on cellular structure and DNA replication, and a 153% increase in electrical impedance. The subject nonetheless died within hours, but this marks a breakthrough in systemic durability. I must record the results more fully in my logs after I scrub up.
