Can be found in the Vault 63 meteorology sector, found next to the terminal in Audrey Stolz's lab room.

My frustrations with Father, and Oberlin for that matter, are getting so bad that it is starting to affect my work.
I understand that they are doing their best to run this Vault and that they have a lot resting on their shoulders, but so do I, so do all of us!
Father is a businessman, NOT a scientist, so why does he keep meddling in things he doesn't understand, like that damned weather machine!
I know that Oberlin has his suspicions about Father, but I'm not sure if I completely trust his judgements either; who's to say he'd run things any differently, or be any less controlling of me than Father is?
I just don't know who to trust anymore..
