Urgent request is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Steel Dawn.

The note can only be obtained during Over and Out, found on an Enclave corpse behind the radio tower at transmission station 1AT-U03. Although the corpse will still be present before and after the quest, the note only spawns during Over and Out.

Someone needs to get up here ASAP. We have a serious security issue.
A couple of scavs came poking around last night and waltzed right through the laser grid. My best guess is that the storm knocked the power out and completely reset the system.
I may be just a security guard, but shouldn't this have been tested? For crying out loud, we have a circuit breaker just outside the building. I'm gonna need backup if someone with real firepower tries to get in here.
