Surly's note is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.

Location[]

The note can be found in a cooler inside Surly's shack during Hells Eagles. Picking it up will cause Surly to become hostile.

Alright, Surly, you know the drill.

It took a hell of a lot of spiked Buffout, but I think we finally have this Hunter guy down for the count. We'll take him back up to the Crosshair and Rob can decide what to do with him.

Maybe we'll make him our jester. Seems like a funny guy. Seems like a waste to eat such a scrawny man.
