The note can be found on a wooden table near the entrance of the Prime Minister Cabin at Rapidan Camp.

Welcome to the Rapidan Camp,
On behalf of the President of the United States, we hope that you enjoy your stay as our special guest of honor.
You'll find the kitchen stocked with everything you may need during your stay, including your favorite tea brand in the loose variety. Just ask your allocated Mr Handy if you get peckish.
The President is expected to arrive around 4pm, and dinner is expected around 6pm. We have venison steak with port sauce and Victoria sponge cake for dessert.
In the meantime, feel free to explore the grounds and enjoy the beauty of Shenandoah National Park.
