Note to trespassers is a paper note in Fallout 76.

The note can be found at the South Mountain lookout, on a bed at the top of the tower.

The map inside of the watch tower has a knife stabbed into it in the exact place that The Freak Show is located. Visiting the location, to the northeast one can find a locked (Picklock 0) cage with a skeleton and the corpse of Rufus inside. It is likely that the skeleton is that of Dave's.
