Big, dumb nuisance is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.

The note can be found in the Showman's Pier, only when the quest Custodial Compulsions is active. It is one of six clues to find in the quest's optional objective. It is on a pew to the east, near a cigarette machine.

I can't stand Brutus anymore. He used to be my big, dumb protector. Now he's become a big, dumb nuisance.
At first I didn't think it was him. Some stolen makeup, dresses bunched differently than how I left them. Could have been a rabid fan, or another dancer who got jealous. Then he started locking doors. Turning off lights. I was trapped in the dark for a whole night, and that's not even the worst of it. Imagine my shock when the lights came on to a dead radrat on the vanity! Who else could be capable of such a thing? It hadn't even been shot; its neck was twisted. And the lights, the keys... Only Brutus has access to those. Him and the janitor.
I can hardly take it anymore. Things used to be perfect. All I wanted was the attention of one special man. Not Brutus... Never Brutus. He should know who he is by now.
Just a big, dumb nuisance.
