Dead subject is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
Location[]
The note can be found in the Vault 63 organics sector, in the hand of a skeleton near the wanamingo corpse in the Pharmaceuticals Research room in the Pharmaceuticals Wing.
Transcript[]
The animal used in the "Achilles" experiment unfortunately died during the administration of the drug.
This was due to a potentially lethal overdose. We attempted to revive the subject for several minutes but despite our best efforts, we are now in need of a replacement.
Ideally, we would like a fully developed test subject, as the animal we just had seems to be in its pubescent stage of life. We hypothesize that A fully developed adult subject will better tolerate the dosage amount, leading to the desired results.
