Getting through is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.

The note can be found in the Industrial section of The Pitt during Union Dues. It is in an encampment hidden behind the silos against the walls of the building south of the Fanatic supply depot.

I think our weekly game night is really helping me reach her. I told her that it doesn't matter what you've done.
The only thing that matters now is what you're going to do. These "Union Pricks" will still take you in.
Last week I reminded her of that bind I got her out of in Oakmont. Then when I told her what her new friends were doing to our people in Sanctum I saw her eyes well up ever so slightly.
I'll get through to her. We've known each other since we were children, for heaven's sake.
