NOTICE
If we're going to be holding out together we need to set some ground rules.
NO STEALING: if you're caught stealing you'll be ousted from both groups and the Storm will deal with you.
NO MURDERING: our main objective here is survival. We don't want bodies in cages or on poles, it'll just make it worse living here.
EQUAL NUMBER OF RAIDERS AND SETTLERS FOR SEARCH PARTIES: When groups are sent out to look for supplies they will have an equal number of both factions.
This is it for now. Just please try and get along, we're likely going to be here a while until the storm subsides.
