The note can be found at the Monongah Police Station at the front desk, within the package for Sheriff Darcy. It can be placed on the green conspiracy board with chalk on it in the Grafton Pawn Shop.

In a dramatic scene on Wednesday night, police stormed the Ultra-Luxe Casino in Las Vegas and engaged in a protracted battle with mobsters. Hundreds of bullets were fired, all mobsters were slain, and seventeen bystanders were injured.
Interviews with eye witnesses indicate complete chaos and contradictory stories. Some witnesses report the mobsters tried to surrender twice. One eye witness claims the fire fight started with a sniper round killing one of the mobsters. A cashier claimed the mobsters were winning until soldiers arrived and used a missile launcher to blow two of them up.
The chief of police claimed this as a major victory, "It's time for us to send a clear message that no one in Las Vegas is above the law."
