Still trapped is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise.

The note can be found at the Aquarium of the Atlantic, in the western technical area near the Siren Theater (the one marked by the red light), on a desk next to a safe.

Still have no idea what's going on up top. Being this far underwater means we don't get any radio reception. No word on any of our comm systems either.
I'm just glad Aurora made it out. If anyone comes back for me it'll be her.
Until then I'll keep taking care of Marty and Mary and as many of the other animals as I can.
Good thing we just stocked the auto feeders.
