The note can be found at Van Lowe Taxidermy, on the front desk near the cash register, within the package for Calvin van Lowe. It can be placed on the green conspiracy board with chalk on it in the Grafton Pawn Shop.

By PAGE ROCKWELL. Alicia Shay of Berkeley Springs was found dead in her bathroom by her daughter of 13 on Sunday. The police claim it was suicide.
Mrs. Shay was a tireless advocate of the community and local unions. She led several Anti-Automation protests. She published several exposes in our newspaper. She was a true leader of her community. The mood in Berkeley Springs is one of anguish and outrage.
One anonymous neighbor said, "Alicia was done in! Last night, several homes were broken in. You could hear yelling." When the investigator was asked about this evidence, he said that the case was closed. "It's suicide, plain and simple."
