Me and the older kids have things on the homestead running smoothly. I've even been teaching the little ones how to read - it's really tough! I don't know how you did it... I've learned so much from you, I just hope I can pass it on to the others.
The new guard you hired, Dorothy, is very nice. She's practically become a member of the family. I know she will keep us safe.
We will be okay here, Uncle K., but that doesn't mean we all don't miss you like crazy.
