Perimeter breach is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.

The note can be found at the community center in Atlantic City. It is on the southeastern end of the second floor, on a counter in what appears to be a former DMV office, with cameras on the booth walls.

I appreciate the work you do, you know that. It's no act of cowardice to put your life on the line to protect strangers, 'specially if those strangers don't care much for you. Keep that in mind for what I'm about to say.
Not telling me about the Overgrown in the train cars is unacceptable. Just because they're in the Casino Quarter doesn't mean you can let 'em lie. We made a pact to protect EVERYONE in this godforsaken city, not just the ones we like.
I know we're stretched thin and resources are scarce right now. I'm working on fixing that. But you need to get some rangers in there before someone inevitably waltzes by and gets torn apart by those damned plants.
