Guard note is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Steel Reign.
Location[]
The note can be found in the Harpers Ferry tunnel, on a desk in the checkpoint before reaching Aries' location during Out of the Blue.

Still can't believe I got this job. They nearly doubled my salary and for what? To sit here and read and make sure vagrants stay out? Ok.
Don't know what they're doing down there, don't care. If they're wearing a suit or a hard hat I just wave them on through.
One of the suits was running late the other day and nearly got hit by a train. Guess he forgot the check the schedule.
