William,

I'm a bit worried about your reputation in the Family. I know what happened with Sal wasn't your fault, but this whole "belt" thing is getting ridiculous. No one's going to try anything after that. Regardless, don't you think this phobia of getting pantsed is completely irrational when there's so many real dangers out there?

You've become a running joke around here, and frankly, I'm tired of it. You need to step up to the plate and act like a man, not a boy. The Family could really use someone with your talents. There's a golden opportunity here to prove yourself, yet you're spending all your time down at the haberdashery picking out new belts. Really, William?

If you can't do it for yourself, do it for your old man.
