Reginald Stone's journal is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders. It was written by Reginald Stone.

The note is found on the left console behind where Digger is first met, in the Vault 79 reactor room, during Secrets Revealed. After Secrets Revealed is completed, most sections of the vault become inaccessible and this item can no longer be retrieved.

Shorty came to me complaining about being locked in the vault. He claimed the others were ready to replace Garrison as AC. I told him he's a whiner. Regs are regs, and the regs say Garrison is the AC and we follow his orders. We stay here until the government gives us the all clear.
Those of us that survived Shorty's mutiny have found a way to not go crazy. AC spends all his time listening to the radio. Every month there are more and more signals, but always just hicks spouting off about how they need water and is anyone out there. Mercy practices her martial arts. I read. Mostly old manuals, but it's better than nothing. Digger tinkers with the equipment. His last creation was supposed to be an automated vacuum cleaner. When it ate AC's shoes it ended up on the scrap heap. Slick explores. You'd think after over three years there wouldn't be anything new to find, but you'd be wrong.
