Rufus is a deceased dog in Appalachia.
Background[]
Rufus was the dog of Dave, an isolationist who resided at the South Mountain lookout. After Rufus was taken by raiders from the Freak Show, Dave left in an attempt to rescue him.[1] Rufus is found dead in a level 0 locked cage to the northeast at the Freak Show. Dave's corpse appears to be laying next to him.
