Unessential is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Steel Dawn.

The note can be found at the makeshift vault, on a table next to a ham radio, on the northern side of the large room before going into the vault itself.

Got a letter from Vault-Tec informing us they couldn't secure any spots for us in any of the Vaults. They called us "unessential".
Unessential my ass... I helped build those damn Vaults. Who the hell do they think is gonna rebuild the world after the bombs hit?
They won't miss any of these supplies I borrowed. What are they going to do, fire me?
