Critics are a group of deceased characters in the Fallout TV series.
Background[]
These "critics" were various people who disliked the fiddle music played by DJ Carl on the KPSS radio station and attempted to make him change his repertoire or silence his station altogether.
To prevent this, Carl has booby-trapped the station's building extensively, and the area is now littered with the remains of critics who have tried and failed to take Carl off the air (or at least change up his tracklist) in the past.
In the TV series[]
In "The Radio", when Maximus decides to let Lucy leave with Siggi Wilzig's head, he disfigures the severed head of one of Carl's critics to use it as a decoy. When Lucy and Maximus kiss, the lips of the two heads they hold also touch.
In "The Beginning", Maximus brings the critic's head to the Brotherhood of Steel, but it's quickly discovered by the clerics to be a decoy.
Appearances[]
The critics appear in the Fallout TV series episodes "The Radio" and "The Beginning" (only the decoy head in the latter).
