In the series premiere episode "The End", the elderly speaker officiates the wedding of Lucy MacLean and Monty. Lucy later finds him dead, having been killed and impaled to the wall of the armory by a raider with a machete.

Notes[]
- While the stole worn by this character resembles that worn by Christian clergy of various denominations, him being a priest is never directly stated in the series (he is credited only as "elderly speaker"), and instead of Christian symbols, it features the Vault-Tec logo.
- The large book he carries also features the Vault-Tec logo on the cover instead of any religious symbols. It might be a version of the Vault-Tec edition of the Bible, as featured in the Vault Seller's Survival Guide episode "Follow Your Nos!" (there with a cross on the cover in addition to the Vault-Tec logo).
