The freed ghoul is a ghoul wastelander in the Fallout TV series.
Background[]
This ghoul was imprisoned with many others in a freezer in a Super Duper Mart in Los Angeles by Huey and Squirrel, who intended to later harvest his organs.
His head and hands are white, potentially due to the chilling effects of the freezer that he was in. He has black hair and a missing nose. He wears a black business-like suit, and a blue and red tie.

The Ghouls[]
Lucy MacLean is brought to the Super Duper Mart by the Ghoul, who intended to sell her off for her organs to be harvested in exchange for Huey and Squirrel providing him with vials. However, Lucy manages to turn the tables by disabling and reprogramming Snip Snip, the duo's Mister Handy. She uses Snip Snip to threaten the duo into releasing all of the ghouls, and the ones who are not yet feral all run away; this man stops and thanks Lucy before fleeing.[1]
The Beginning[]
Later, Lucy sees the freed ghoul again at the Griffith Observatory, where he's apparently seeking shelter with Lee Moldaver's NCR remnants and works at a mess station. He recognizes Lucy, saying, "That's her!" as she passes, and Lucy also remembers him from before.[2]

The freed ghoul appears only in the Fallout TV series episodes "The Ghouls" and "The Beginning."
Behind the scenes[]
The recurring freed ghoul was portrayed by actor Peter Brensinger.
The other non-feral ghouls freed from the Super Duper Mart in "The Ghouls" were portrayed by uncredited extras, including Robert Z. Grant and Alyssa Lane.[3] The feral ghouls were portrayed by stunt performers.
