After Overseer Benjamin and Birdie finished interrogating Lucy for her actions in Level 12, two Vault 4 guards restrain her, put a black hood over her head, and take her away. As Maximus' sits in a recliner wearing a bathrobe and eating popcorn while watching a television set, he becomes alerted after Lucy is taken away by the Vault 4 guards.
The two guards would stand in position as Lucy's sentencing proceeded, and they'd soon get taken out by Maximus, who, after learning that Lucy was being released, apologized for his actions. He'd also asked that someone check on the knocked-out Vault 4 guard, who was groaning on the ground.
