Crossroad, formerly called the Sacrament, is a location in the Savage Divide region of Appalachia. It is northeast of the Palace of the Winding Path and southwest of the converted munitions factory. It was constructed in 2103 by the Cult of the Mothman upon their return to the state.
Layout[]
This location is controlled by the Cult of the Mothman. It consists of a primarily wood-walled encampment with a Mothman idol in the center, surrounded by five clusters of Mothman eggs. Directly outside the walled encampment is a locked Picklock level 3 safe next to a single carrot flower bush. There are also three smaller tent-like buildings to the west with a cooking station.

- Nuka-Cola Cranberry - In an opened wooden crate below the long platform.
- Potential Vault-Tec bobblehead - On a section of wooden railing at the top of the set of stairs leading to the long elevated wood platform, along the perimeter of the main enclosed encampment area. Look to the left immediately after climbing the stairs and before heading on to the pathway. The railing/bobblehead is immediately next to a blue plastic crate.
- Potential armor mod plan - On (or submerged on) a crate to the right of a first aid kit below the long platform.
Notes[]
- When this location was added with the Wastelanders update, it was known as Sacrament. The name of this location was changed to Crossroad with the Skyline Valley update, with no other apparent changes to the location itself.
- It is currently unspecified why the name change from Sacrament to Crossroad occurred, but it was probably meant to differentiate the location from the Sacramental Glade, a site founded by the cult in 2104.

A location record in the game's files with the editor ID of LocStormCrossroadLocation references this location. The Storm prefix corresponds to the Skyline Valley update.
- This location record also references another cell in the Skyline Valley region with the editor ID StormCrossroads. This cell is simply the unmarked three-way intersection on Skyline Drive south of Johnson's Acre and east of Marys Rock Tunnel.
