Sofia suspects that Serum K may be responsible for her headaches and hopes that the contract to produce it will reveal something about an antidote.
Walkthrough[]
Travel to the Charleston Capitol Building and grab the government contract from the room next to Sam Blackwell's office, which is on the top floor. Return it to Sofia to complete the quest.
