The old storehouse[1] is an unmarked location in the Ash Heap region of Appalachia. It is situated northeast of abandoned mine shaft 2 and southwest of Nuka-World on Tour.
Background[]
Jack Woodhouse, a former member of the Blood Eagles, took up refuge here in September of an undated year. While preparing to try and mine for ultracite, Jack came to this abandoned storehouse and bumped into several raiders. Not wanting to take any risks, Jack killed all of them on the spot. It was only after they were dead that he realized they were not Blood Eagles looking for him. Jack hoped to bury the bodies, but was unable to due to mole miners being in the vicinity. On September 10-11, he snuck out and left for Abandoned mine shaft 2.[1][2]
Layout[]
This location consists of a warehouse with a good view of the surrounding Ash Heap. A couple of raider corpses are on the property, which is surrounded by hills. Inside, the storehouse is largely ruined and filled with rubble. Several Lone Wanderer motorcycles are littered around the location. An upper floor of the warehouse can be accessed, where there are some containers to be looted.

- Although this location has been in the game since release, Jack's journal was only added with the Nuka-World on Tour update.
- This location does not have an entry in the Fallout 76 Vault Dweller's Survival Guide Atlas of Appalachia.
