The Harpers Ferry Trainyard[1] is an unmarked location in the town of Harpers Ferry in the Mire region of Appalachia.
Background[]
Prior to the Great War, a work foreman known as Antonio Childs was fatally injured by a group of three men, who attacked and robbed him near the Harpers Ferry Trainyard. The town's authorities were warned that same night by an anonymous call, later finding Antonio's corpse.[1]
Layout[]
The northeastern outer areas of Harpers Ferry are bounded by a railway, with several train cars having been derailed onto the adjacent road and into some the town's buildings. The eastern part of the trainyard has a detached locomotive. Known as the Harpers Ferry Train, it is possible to blow its whistle. Doing so checks one of the Possum: Rail enthusiast badge challenges.
