The Hostetler home is an unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[]
Set in the comparatively safe neighborhood of East Vegas,[1] it serves as the residence for Don Hostetler, his wife Becky, and their daughter Alice. The property is primarily defended by Mrs. Hostetler while her husband is away at his job with the Crimson Caravan,[2] and according to Alice, it is all she cares about.[3]
Layout[]
Situated just east of the Gun Runners kiosk and south of the New Vegas medical clinic, the house is comprised of a living room, containing a small bathroom on the right, a bedroom in the north, and a small kitchen.
Notable loot[]
- One Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap - On the small table, between the two couches next to the bottle in the living room.
- An irregularly large white plate - On the table. Taking the plate and dropping it once will keep it the same size, but picking it up and dropping it again will cause it to become a normal-sized white plate.

Despite the house being inhabited by three people, there is only one queen-sized bed in the home, typically slept on by Don and Becky Hostetler whereas Alice just wanders around without sleeping.
