The Sierra Madre lobby is an unmarked location within the Sierra Madre Casino & Resort in the Sierra Madre in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money.

Layout[]

Upon first entering, several speakers are made known to be active nearby, some of which are shielded, and will not be turned off until the casino floor has been visited and completed. The receptionist's terminal found on the welcome desk can activate/deactivate holograms once the player character has located the security code found on the Tampico's front desk terminal.

Subsequently after completing each of the three quests and before entering the vault, ghost people will inhabit both levels of the lobby.

Notes[]

  • After coming back to the lobby during the game, banging will be heard coming from the entryway, which is purportedly ghost people trying to get inside. Nevertheless, some of them manage to access the lobby without the door ever opening. Furthermore, frag mines that were placed directly in front of the door will not have any effect (unless the present ghost people do walk over it).
  • After finishing Heist of the Centuries and finding themselves back at the Villa, the player character can take the entrance back to the lobby and into the resort, though it and the other locations will be empty as all three companions will despawn after finishing the quest.

Appearances[]

The Sierra Madre lobby appears only in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money.

Behind the scenes[]

The chandelier hanging in the lobby was modeled by Megan Parks.[1]
