The white plate is a dinnerware item used for carrying and containing individual portions of food. They are shallow undecorated dishes that are usually around other dinnerware items like forks and are often found in vaults, abandoned housing, and active settlements.
With Old World Blues, white plates can be converted into twenty lead by Muggy in the Sink.

- 133 white plates can be found throughout the Ultra-Luxe, 40 of them can be found in the Gourmand, with another 93 being found scattered throughout the kitchen area.
- 56 can be found in Vault 21.
- A couple of white plates can be found in the Lucky 38 presidential suite on the table in the kitchen.
- A couple can be found near Powder Ganger camp west.
