Request for administrative action[]

As you have probably seen, I have compiled a rather thorough list the misconduct of User:kdarrow at User:TheGunny2.0/Sandbox2. I am forwarding this to all active administrators and you to request that immediate administrative action be taken on both the user conduct violations and admin rights abuses. Please consider the entirety of this inquiry and I ask you you pay special attention to the summary conclusion stating that the remedies for the sum of Kdarrows actions are to be found in the user conduct guidelines via application of wiki block and in the admin conduct policy via application of rights removal. I can not state enough that the gross violations of policy do not have a remedy in policy via a vote of confidence, that the administration, including you and the other active administrators, have the authority to apply blocks and rights removals without a vote. I would just like to add, I do think its appropriate that if Kate wanted to make a statement in her own defence she should be allowed to; and if she does I believe it should be considered. I believe her followers are now aware of the charges against her, and should one of them want to relay a statement from her (I would suggest in a form that makes its clear its her, and not someone advocating for her, such as a screenshot of a discord message or email) I believe they should be allowed to. That said, I am also told that she supposedly has panic attacks when Nukapedia is mentioned (although I have some skepticism about such claims). That said, there is no requirment in the rules for any such request to be requested before or after any action is taken. Speaking specifically on what the exact policies outline, there is nothing in the user conduct guidelines pertaining to any defense of actions prior to application of a block, nor is there anything in our policies about contesting said block. Also, per Fallout Wiki:Administration policy/Conduct#Rights abuse, there is no mechanism requiring a defense prior to application of that policy and the subsequent removal of rights. I will quote the following:

This is the provision that allows a rights holder to dispute actions based on the policy after the fact. It is certainly within anyone's rights to contest a finding using that policy and the course of that is clearly outlined.

Considering the severity, scope and quantity of policy violations charged, you of course can extend the courtesy of the right to an explanation of their actions, and in this case, as Agentc states above may be the considerate thing to do. I simply want to make sure it is on the record that it is not required under either policy. As we've found recently there are a few gaps in policy that we may want to address re: the right to contest administrative actions. Precedent is important and if this courtesy is extended, it must be noted that is exactly that, rather than a requirement in policy. All that being said, if Kdarrow wishes to respond to the charges, I welcome that and am prepared defend those charges.TheGunny2.0 (talk) 00:21, 5 July 2022 (UTC)

I'd like to suggest moving the Rad chicken (Far Harbor) page to Radchicken (Far Harbor), as they are always called Radchickens in Far Harbor, never Rad Chicken. Where to begin... Half-finished, extremely limited content, no entrypoints into the rest of the wiki beyond the portal links, static oversized images, no column tags... It's a mess. Did a few fixes and posted it. It's an interim version, but I think it's an improvement (in my humble opinion), and reincluded a proper intro. While Fallout is a multi-million dollar franchise, it's not a household name and everyone visiting should get an idea of what it is. Especially with the TV series around the corner. 10-4 on that! Added some subtle border (looks good on light, might need tweaking on dark mode) and it does look better and guides the eye properly. I've also added a padded Shelter logo, as per LR's suggestion in Discord. I honestly would like even more content entrypoints there, but that needs to strike a proper balance. I had come across a terminal that belonged to a "Jacob Doyle" and I was wondering if I could add in some of the background information to the page Jacob Doyle which I had already created. I've taken the liberty of changing the theme designer backgrounds, might be a fun idea to rotate them on a monthly or so basis, highlight various pieces of art from across the series. FNV dead brotherhood paladins[]

Hey Jspoel, wanted to ask about our articles for the dead BoS paladins involved in the quest Still in the Dark. Do you still remember what you used to determine which character is which? As far as I can tell, from looking in the GECK, there's nothing that distinguishes them from each other (i.e. Hughes and Fairbanks are only named as such in the mission statement holotape one of them carries, and the actual NPCs are just named "Brotherhood of Steel Paladin" with a generic editor ID like "HVPaladinDead#." Same thing for Matiz and Lander.

Gotcha, thanks for the reply. In that case, do you think it'd be a good idea if we added a note to clarify that on the paladins' articles? As per Colette, I don't think we should add last names unless they're officially sourced somewhere, but I get what you mean. Had two tangentially related questions that I'm wondering if you could help me with: Would it be better to move Malcom Latimer to "Malcolm Latimer" instead? This is pretty clearly unintentional, since every reference to him apart from his NPC name is spelled "Malcolm" (dialogue, quest details, editor ID.) Also, for The Marowski Heist, I noticed that you added the quest stages talking about Henry Cooke all the way back. Do you know if the path involving him is actually accessible ingame or not? The only footage I can find of Cooke being involved in that quest comes from a modder who says it's broken, but that entire questline is obscure enough that I'd get if it's just never been triggered by anyone who'd write about it here. PC controls - keyboard mapping[]

Hi ! It's AngelaStuff2. This account I am posting from can be deleted, please reply to my real account if you need/want to reply : ) Question for you ... I just bought FNV Ultimate edition for PC. I am looking at the page Fallout: New Vegas (PC) and mine has different controls than are listed on the wiki page. Mine says Activate not Action for E, mine says Run not Walk for Left Shift, mine says Always Run not Toggle Walk for Caps Lock. There are NO options that say Activate, Walk, or Toggle Walk on my keyboard action mapping screen. Should that page be corrected in the Wiki ? I think it should be. Or, perhaps include both with the first being how the screen actually reads like some of the other keys listed on that screen in that table ... "Activate / Action" for E, "Always Run (Always Walk) Toggle" for caps lock, "Hold to Run (Walk) Toggle" for hold left shift (i.e. If 'always run' is ON then W to go forward makes PC run, but holding shift while using W to go forward the PC starts walking. However, if you press caps lock key again so that 'always run' is OFF then holding shift while using W to go forward the PC starts running.) Deleted audio files[]

Is there any particular reason you deleted File:RogerMaxsonAmericaFailed.ogg? I uploaded it for use on one of the three rotating quotes I added for United States of America, and now whenever that quote rotates in it shows an error and a redlink. Second glance also shows you added the other one I uploaded, File:Kimball Californian Principles.ogg, to some kind of sandbox of yours that appears to be for files that aren't used anywhere. Gonna go out on a limb and assume you added both of the files I uploaded to that sandbox within minutes of me uploading them while I was still working on the edit that inserted them to the page. Handing back the keys to the villa[]

I just demoted my account, as I will not continue to pour my passion into a place that is hosted by one of the shittiest companies in existence.

A company, whose "Director of Community Safety" provides me with a faulty narrative regarding my ban, and when provided with context, does not even reply.

The same pathetic liar, who tells me that my behavior off-platform violated Fandom's Terms of Use, only to admit at the next Community Roundtable that something like Discord does not fall under Fandom's Terms of Use - simply a disgusting display of dishonesty, really.

As for Nukapedia, I am thankful for the time that I spent here, for the things I learned, and for (most of) the people that I have met. I wish you, and everyone in the community, the best of luck and joy on all your current and future endeavors.

Leon’s Ban - Subreddit Charge[]

Hey J, wanted to inform you about the results of an unofficial investigation I’ve conducted with regard to Old Man Leon’s permanent ban issued on the 22nd of August 2021. There were two charges leveled against Leon to justify this ban, but for the sake of not overloading you I’m only going to discuss one of them for now.

Spiteful nuking of the official wiki Reddit[]

After discussing this situation with Bleep, Leon, and several others, I believe that I have a clear picture of what happened here. In August 2021, Leon was made aware that several individuals on the wiki were attempting to doxx him through posts he had made on his Reddit account. This was the same Reddit account that owned the Nukapedia Subreddit. To defend himself from being doxxed, he deleted his Reddit account and as a side effect of that, the Subreddit automatically became privated and was unable to be viewed. It was not deleted or “nuked”, and its contents are still preserved by Reddit (as a side note, I have been provided with evidence which substantiates Leon’s claim that he was being doxxed through Reddit. I’m not going to share that evidence here, but if you wish to see it, I will send you a direct message, as Leon has given his permission for me to do so).

Prior to deleting his Reddit account, Leon informed Bleep that he was being doxxed and was privating everything he owned, including his Reddit account. According to Bleep’s version of events, Kdarrow claimed that she had spoken to Leon and that he was refusing to “hand over the subreddit keys”. However, we have since learned that Leon was never asked to provide access to the Subreddit by any member of the Nukapedia staff. When I asked him about it many months later, that was actually the first time a member of the staff spoke to him about it. When I asked, he was extremely helpful in explaining that, while he was unable to provide access to it, there was a method for us to reacquire and reopen the Subreddit if we so desired, and he proceeded to detail that process for me.

With all of this information in mind, I am now of the belief that the claim of “spiteful nuking of the official wiki reddit” is inaccurate, and recommend that this charge be dismissed in its entirety. Leon was being doxxed and made a defensive action to protect himself, and as a consequence the Nukapedia Subreddit became privated and can still be recovered. There is nothing to indicate that the action was spiteful or malicious, and it should be noted that Leon also had administrator access to both the Nukapedia Steam Group and the Nukapedia Twitter Account, and neither were affected. At this time, I don’t have reason to suspect that this charge was the result of administrative abuse besides that of Kdarrow, who intentionally misled Bleep and Dyre about the situation to the point that they misunderstood it in it’s entirety. For now, I’d like to recommend that the ban be reissued with this charge being expunged and I would like to ask your permission to take that action. Savior DJ (talk) 18:20, 18 October 2022 (UTC)

Re: Leon’s ban[]

Yeah, I figured since both charges involved in this ban are fairly complex, we could just take a look at them individually and go from there. For now, the block would remain in place, but I’d alter the ban reasoning to omit/dismiss the first charge (Subreddit) and only have the second charge (ToS) until the second charge can be discussed. I was planning to talk to Dyre about the situation if you deemed it necessary, but he resigned his rights in the discord last night and is taking a possibly permanent leave so I don’t know if that’s an option anymore. That doesn't sound right. In-game, as part of the story, all her dialogue is technically recorded on holotapes, but not all of them are collectable holotopes. I remember her voice messages to the Vault Dweller such as, "Good luck out there. And thanks. If this holotape is playing, it means our lives and all this work meant something." She can say "Now I don't want to hear any chicken-shitted criticism from you ever again" but I don't see it on the wiki. Jesus Sunday's holotape - Part 5 appears to be missing, too. Hello. I was wondering if you could verify the parameters and prompts of two Bigsley dialogues. Both have this "DLC03WQGriffonHintKarma" indicating a Karma hint, but I cannot verify what exactly. Neither can I verify if the prompts are correct.

The Lone Wanderer: "I know you've got something set up. Don't worry, I won't tell your superiors." Bigsley: "Yeah, you don't seem like the goody-goody type. But don't spread this around: So this ghoul, Griffon, comes in wanting to PURCHASE a bunch of water. What the hell does that droopy irradiated fool need with pure water? GlobalFileUsage update[]

Hello! I'm finally updated GlobalFileUsage.js script. Now you will no see files in list, if this uploaded to local repository of other wiki. You will see real used only.

Also, I added checker of shared repository connection. Script shows warning if some one languages from config have no shared. Because, at this case script will be make obviously useless API requests every time, what's is bad.

Leon’s Ban - SNM Charge[]

Hey J, wanted to give you an update as to the results of my unofficial investigation into Old Man Leon’s ban. Since the Subreddit Charge has already been considered and dismissed, I’d like to inform you as to the SNM Charge.

Facilitating NSFW material on the adopted Gamepedia discord, violating post merge TOS[]

This situation is somewhat more complex, but ultimately falls into the same bin of misunderstandings and misconceptions by the presiding administrators. The Strategic Nuclear Moose (SNM) was a discord server owned by Leon that had been affiliated with Nukapedia for a time and was linked to on-wiki. Beyond regular discussions and fallout events, the server also contained an age-gated (through discord’s automatic age gate system for NSFW channels, not through any manual system) NSFW channel. The exact status of this channel with regard to Fandom’s ToS is confusing, but I’ve managed to at least put together a clear picture of the events that occurred surrounding it.

On May 19th, 2021, Leon was contacted by the (at the time) Fandom employee MisterWoodhouse, who told him that he would have to remove the NSFW channel from SNM or the server would have to be removed from the server listing on Nukapedia. Leon complied with the order and removed the channel, which satisfied Woodhouse. Woodhouse then stated that in general, servers linked to on-wiki as official or endorsed could not have NSFW content as it does break Fandom’s ToS, something which was not previously (and still hasn’t been) codified or clarified in Fandom’s policies. Ergo, Leon could not have been aware that the server was breaking ToS. As such, Woodhouse never mentioned the possibility of Leon being punished and the situation was seemingly resolved there without incident. The channel was removed, and Fandom did not take any action to remove the server from the server listing or punish Leon.

On June 3rd, 2021, “[p]er consensus in Discord regarding non-compliance with both Fandom and Discord TOU”, the SNM was removed from the server listing by local Nukapedia administrators. These administrators appear to have been unaware of Leon’s conversation with Woodhouse, and were also unaware that the conflicting channel had already been removed. Leon was also not spoken to about the situation before the administrators decided to remove the server from the server listing.

On August 22nd, Leon was permanently banned from Nukapedia with the aforementioned ban reasoning. As previously mentioned, the involved administrators appear to have been unaware that Fandom had already spoken to Leon about the server and that Leon had already complied with their request months earlier. It should also be noted that the administrators were under the false impression (as shown by discussions in the Overseer’s Desk, which I can discuss with you privately on discord if you’re able to get your account working again) that Leon was soliciting personal information (in this case, proof of being 18+) for users to gain access to the NSFW channel, and this was apparently factored into the ban decision by the administrators. However, as I mentioned previously, Leon never solicited proof of age or any other personal information for users to gain access to the channel, the channel was age-gated by discord own’s automatic age gate system for NSFW channels. With all of this in consideration, I am now of the belief that Nukapedia administrators had no right to ban Leon using the justification of a ToS violation. With your permission, I would like to dismiss this charge from the ban reasoning and unban Leon as soon as possible.

This is not a ban that should be overturned so lightly. There are some crucial details not included in these write ups. Leon wasn't banned exclusively for the reasons listed by Dyre. There are serious concerns about his conduct around minors, and we have an obligation to protect the members of our community. Additionally, if Leon were to return, several members of staff have committed to resigning. We'd lose several editors in exchange for one editor who already left the wiki and resigned long ago. These additional allegations, like the ban reasonings, are without merit and are lacking in evidence. Leon has been reported to Fandom and to Discord multiple times and no action has been taken against him by either entity. In fact, the only action taken at all by Fandom with regard to the situation has been to delete libelous allegations made against Leon on the wiki by KatyWebb. As of this time, I do not have any reason to believe that Leon poses a danger or risk to any members of our community and would recommend that any further allegations be accompanied by evidence. Furthermore, we have a duty as administrators and moderators to overturn bans when they are unjust and lacking in proper reasoning, regardless of whether people like it or not. It is unfortunate that several individuals feel this way about Leon, but the mountain of evidence for him and the lack of evidence against him continues to speak in his favor. However, I understand the concerns, and should Leon be unbanned, both he and I would like to give him a platform to address them and defend himself against them. The accusations of inappropriate behavior around minors is completely out of left field and has no basis. Rather than actually lay out the allegations, those who still maintain Leon is what they say must stick to vague statements meant to imply everything and prove nothing. I think Gilpos concern with being careful here is unnecessary at this point. We've seemed to be plenty careful as Leon has been banned for over a year with it being vague the whole time. Every time it's brought up the only defense is "if he returns I'm leaving". That is a terrible way to handle things. Ultimatums don't really assist in production. I think everyone needs to put their personal bias to the side and look at this fairly. Every time that has been done it gets brought to the conclusion that he was unfairly banned. I wish more administrators and moderators would be willing to work this out. And if Leon returns I'd hope he would be willing to work out whatever differences he has, if any. The point here is that these false allegations repeatedly being made against Leon without evidence are libelous and dangerous and should not be considered by the administration at this time. Fandom has already taken action against them once and likely will not hesitate to do so again, and I’m not going to tolerate them either unless evidence is brought to the table beyond vague implications. As for the ban, I have already submitted my reasoning and my evidence for the ban being unjust, I have not seen any evidence to the contrary, and I highly recommend that the ban be lifted. Leon Ban Review[]

I had a few questions about some corrections you did to my recent edits. I wanted to understand best practices so I can improve.

1) You edited https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Fallout_2_medical_clinics so it now includes [[Category:Fallout 2 locations|Medical]]. What the "|Medical" do in that command? Does that change Category:Fallout_2_locations somehow? I couldn't tell.

2) Is 220px the best practice picture size to use if we add pictures to the right of the article text? See [1] for what I am talking about.

3) We should remove after we add a more specific location category? See [2] for what I am talking about.

4) I had a capitalization question about Manager's office. Whenever I created that article, I originally used "Manager's Office" throughout the article. You recently changed it so it now uses "manager's office" throughout the article. I originally named it that way since the sign outside building says "Manager's Office". Concern Regarding FOWW Material[]

Wanted to raise a concern I have with material we have on the wiki for Wasteland Warfare. I've been considering the problem over last month or so but when I noticed you deleting material and moving it to the Fallout 4 page I'd figured I'd actually bring it up to someone else. The wiki pages as set up do not support material from FOWW. I've been adding FOWW material to the F4 pages (or overview when possible) because this has been the way editors have done it for the last four years the game has been out. Frankly, however, this is a shit way to go about it. It's been my opinion that FOWW is distinct enough to warrant pages for its content rather than tacking them onto the other games' pages. I think this issue will become even more apparent when I get to part 2 of this project, uploading actual gameplay information. Aftreden[]

Hoi J. Misschien had je het al in de log gezien, maar ik heb besloten af te treden als admin. Ik ben al meer dan een jaar niet echt actief geweest, en terwijl er sindsdien meerdere momenten zijn geweest waarop ik de neiging had weer te gaan editen, merkte ik telkens dat er andere dingen waren die mij meer plezier gaven. Ondertussen ben ik zichtbaar als admin, en komen mensen soms naar mij toe met inhoudelijke vragen waar ik ze niet mee kan helpen. Ik hield toch vast aan de rol om te kunnen helpen met af en toe wat technisch onderhoud, maar het kost steeds meer moeite om in alle technicaliteiten te duiken, en ik zie dat het technische gedeelte ook in goede handen is bij Ecks.

Toen ik daarnet mijn adminrechten wegdeed moest ik wel een klein beetje huilen, omdat ik hier toch 4 jaar admin, 6 jaar rights-holder, en 11 jaar contributor ben geweest. Ik heb over de jaren ontzettend veel tijd besteed op Nukapedia, veel geleerd, veel drama ervaren, veel fouten gemaakt, maar vooral veel plezier gehad bij het editen. Ik denk dat het vooral het drama-aspect is geweest waardoor ik me met enige regelmaat terugtrok, en heb echt respect voor jouw vermogen om dat te doorstaan en je te blijven focusen op wat jou blij maakt. Ik denk terug aan de tijden dat ik artikels van Fallout 3 editte toen ik nog maar 14 was, vooral heel pedantisch bezig was, en naar jou opkeek als die hardcore editor die alles wist. Dat laatste doe ik nog steeds ;-)

Dat gezegd hebbende zal ik mijn talk page blijven lezen, en stop ik ook niet met de FO76 dumps. Als je ooit nog iets nodig hebt uit de FO76 dumps, laat het me dan vooral weten.

Hey J, i would like to request patroller rights, i have 3500+ edits (both accounts, JustDoggo2YT and this one), and have been editing for nearly a month, 25 days with breaks but consistent editing, and 20 days into SotD, i had 3 days or so then failed it, but now have 20, i edit atleast once a day, and always try and edit pages when i see things that need to be changed. Leon's Ban Review Report[]

Recently, Old Man Leon was unbanned, which resulted in pushback from members of the community, who did not feel the ban was reviewed in full context. Admins bleep and Savior DJ assembled a review panel consisting of LaymansReign, The Appalachian, and intrepid359.

In reviewing Leon's original ban, the panel agrees that the specific charges were inaccurate. There was no attempt to steal Nukapedia's subreddit. It was simply an unintended consequence, and no one bothered asking Leon about it at the time. When asked about it at a much later date, Leon was more than happy to explain how to recover the subreddit. Additionally, though highly questionable decisions were made with regard to the NSFW channel on a then-official wiki Discord, the panel does not see any malicious or intentionally harmful actions.

Those decisions were nonetheless questionable, and the answers provided by Leon during this review were inconsistent and sometimes even hostile. In order to feel confident in backing Leon's return, it needed to be crystal clear that very important lessons were learned from that experience. Unfortunately, it was not clear at all.

Additionally, almost hand-in-hand with the announcement of Leon's intent to appeal his ban, several rights holders were harassed and threatened by known associates of Leon's; people who are otherwise not associated with the wiki in any way. Arguments constantly broke out between Leon and others (and others on behalf of Leon), all over ancient history. Discord messages between Leon and another editor were shared, causing even more disruption. And a confidential rights holder channel was leaked to Leon. He was more than happy to share his awareness of the leak, but leaking this channel is against Nukapedia policy. We would have expected someone interested in returning to Nukapedia to demonstrate respect for our policies by reporting the policy violation.

The panel considered all options, including both unconditional and conditional removals of Leon's ban. However, given the aforementioned disruptions occurring in the brief time this panel existed, no viable solution presented itself. Therefore, the panel recommends restoring Leon's ban on the basis of disrupting community interaction, contentious behavior, and association with threats made against other users. It is particularly concerning that the users behind these threats are connected to Leon, and have never been editors on Nukapedia. Though nothing indicates Leon encouraged these threats, it's hard to explain the timing of the threats or who is involving these people in Nukapedia's affairs. We highly recommend that Leon discourage all of his associates from involving themselves in his affairs or Nukapedia's business, should he decide to pursue a Saint Pain appeal.

On the topic of Saint Pain, the panel recommends that Leon be immediately eligible to make a Saint Pain appeal. This panel does not substitute for a Saint Pain.

So, I understand that the panel results are merely a suggestion and not necessarily a plan of action against me, but after reading the above, I would officially like to make my complaints known, as I believe that the panel was highly compromised. I'm not going to outright say that it was due to malicious intent, but at the very least, it was due to sheer incompetence that I've been documenting since the panel first started, and I'd like to discuss this matter with you preferably over Discord for now.

In the meantime, I would like to go ahead and publicly state what some of my complaints are:

1. Many of the reasonings provided by the panel violate the good faith policies on our site, and are outright conjecture that should be discounted. Saying that I'm responsible for the actions of other people? That I'm behind them, and that I've been harassing users by proxy? You've known me for a long time J, and you know that this ain't how I handle my issues. Furthermore, I find it rather disgusting that numerous instances of allegations against me have been proven false, yet the panel has decided to perpetuate this strategy against me further by introducing yet another slew of allegations against me with 0 evidence behind them.
2. Out of the three members of the panel including the reserve panel member, only one of them ever seriously approached me and asked me questions. This panel was created in order to help dictate my fate on whether I remain unbanned or not, yet in the 5-6 weeks that this has been going on, only one of them put in any effort to actually talk to me?
3. To clarify on this even further, I've been told that the private VTS channel on Nukapedia has been used to discuss me extensively. There is both a public and a private channel that I have access to which were supposed to be used to discuss any and all things related to the panel and my ban. Yet I have been led to believe that VTS has been used as a platform against me where I am unable to rebut any charges made against me. I fully believe that a bureaucrat should audit these discussions in the VTS and inquire as to why they were intentionally kept from the channels that I have access to.
4. One of the allegations is that I have had private channels leaked to me. This is a half-truth that, once again, that no one ever actually bothered to ask me about before making assumptions. Do I have a general gist of certain things said in private channels? Sure. Who tf doesn't? Almost every single person in the staff, I have seen evidence of them sharing details of our private channels over the years. A recent example is that we know for a fact that VTS was recently leaked to Gunny. So the panel is recommending that I remain banned because I shared my DMs, which is something I am absolutely allowed to do and NP staff have no jurisdiction over, but then seem to have no intent on requesting that Gunny reveal who leaked to him? I can't be the only one here who sees the double-standard.

The rest I would like to discuss with you over Discord whenever you are able to find a moment. But as it currently stands, I believe that you and Tag, as neutral bureaucrats, should be the ones to take over here and decide where to go from here. I have been respectful of the panel up until today, refraining from editing or contributing to forums even though I'm unbanned, but their foundings have eroded that respect and I now question their competence in handling the issues tasked to them. I'm sorry that this has been dragged on even further. I hope we can put this to rest soon, no matter the final decision. ^寧靜 18:18, 1 December 2022 (UTC)

I think you made the wrong decision J. All sides of this agreed to abide by the decision, and now one person is reneggong on that, and youre rewarding the behaviour. The very first question Leon asked was if the process was a farce, I suggest you just answered that question. I'll be reconsidering my future involvement, I know I'm not alone. I agree also, J. I do understand that my activity here is limited now, but I put a significant amount of effort into helping put humpty dumpty back together after the fall. Actions and behavior have consequences and for quite some time I have judged the person in question's actions and behavior to be well below the threshold for what I am personally willing to associate myself with. To cement this, if I had any reservations left at all, was the fact that when I reached out to them to see if we could find common ground to possibly at least coexist here at all, they immediately breached what little trust I had in them by spreading our private conversation all over the place. I simply refuse to associate myself with people who I can not trust and who have proven time and again they do not deserve that trust. I understand my personal choice has little consequence in the greater picture of this place, but I will not associate myself with any community that includes people who behave and act as they do. Deliberations[]

I appreciate the vote in confidence. You know I won't let you down if I'm allowed to return as an editor, and all I've been interested in doing for a long time now is to finally get this wiki prepared for the upcoming TV show.

I've been doing what I can to help mend relationships with those that have negative feelings towards me, and I've already had a few mature discussions over issues that I believe can finally be put into the past. Tag has also agreed to help me settle matters between more contentious criticizers of mine, should they finally find themselves willing to come to the table. Time will tell on that front, but I am always willing to sit down and talk things through.

I'm sorry to see that certain people are trying to blackmail you over my return, and I of course am always available if my input is needed or if there's some way I can help settle matters peacefully. I am eager to get back to shaking off the editing rust though, and if there are any special projects that you'd like for me to check out, definitely send them my way.

Atomic shop workshop items categories[]

Hey J, The Infobox world object FO76 template now does automatic categorization so the categories Category:Fallout 76 workshop objects and Category:Atomic Shop workshop objects don't need to be added by hand anymore. Instanced locations[]

Hey J. Instancing is a FO76-specific feature for interior cells. Since FO76 is multiplayer, for most cells multiple players can enter and interact w/ each other. However, in instanced cells (mainly for quests) each person who enters gets their own version of the cell and they don't overlap, though IIRC team members are able to join their leader on quests in interiors. Hey J, Its Cass. Its been awhile but I want to make an impossible request but still I'm going to give it a shot anyway. Can my unfair ban record made by Certain Someone removed from the 2021 tab? Thanks to them I can't even go check the logs in 2021 tab without seeing myself in that list its making me palpitate and heart feels heavy and face numbing as if I lost something precious if I look at that 2021 tab. Can that be removed, my name that was listed in the 2021 ban list?

I may have been screwed up drunk for a bit due to Certain Someone's disgruntling actions and my irl conflicts due to covid19 problems (two friends passing away), I almost took my own (s word) because of those incidents especially that former corrupt bcrats actions that almost solidified my decision to jump off the cliff. Seeking therapist did not helped solve my petty problems. I don't think I will be able to log that moderation log without seeing my own name. It was very disgruntling. They ruined me pretty much, I was treated like a troll as if I wasn't here long enough to know somethings not right with me, they chose to ban very very late even after I stopped, they could've reached out with a pep talk. Mentioning their name makes me sick. I hope you can approve this despite being impossible due to all bans have to be logged but I hope you can do something about it.

It seems that there is a commercial for pirate radio that has not been added here. It talks about “The Unstoppables vs the Diabololicals” I found it in a video on YouTube. The ad plays at around 1:23:33. Branebriar1930s missue of rights[]

Hello J, i should have written this a bit ago, but here i am now not forgetting to do it. After Branebriars recent ban, i decided to look into his missues of rights per the suggestion of Gunny, and i found that brane has missued his rights 5 times just by locking a page he was in an edit war in, instead of seeking a neutral admin. This alone is enough, per our rights holder policy page, to have his rights removed per Our Administration Conduct Policy permanently. Times he has abused his locking powers while in an edit war would be Deathclaw 1, Incident 2, Anti-materiel rifle 3, Robobrain (Fallout 4) 4, 546.14Hz ULF radio signal 5. And he would have done it again on Talk:LGBT representation in the Fallout series if it werent for admin intervention by Bleep. Who knows how many other times he has abused his mod powers to win arguments over the course of his 3 years, or even just to win? I understand what you mean, and I looked at the edit history, but what I'm saying is the only thing I'm touching is the table in source editor. The only thing I'm doing with those is adding "|events" underneath "|locations" if its not already there, alphabetizing the order of events, and adding events that aren't already listed. this concerns one of three comparisons between Vats of Goo and the Nucleus bgm. it appears you've quietly deleted it again, after i uploaded an abbreviated and comprehensively described version. you've also left the links to the file as they are, though i removed the one from the nucleus page. at the risk of rocking the boat, i'm proud of the discovery, and feel it is self-evidently intentional. i also don't see why it would be less acceptable than the other two comparisons. is it necessary that this file be deleted, and is the state of the Vats of Goo page otherwise acceptable? thank you for your time. --Anachorite (talk) 19:09, 5 May 2023 (UTC)
