Signature[]
Next time I'll turn it hot neon pink and turn the corners the other way out without saying anything :-P. I did notice at the time it added a weird space so I tried to fix the oddity but it looked fine.

Underlying issues[]
Figured the forum was best left to main issue, but felt I should respond to you question about underlying issues. There is a healthier community now for sure and I am not taking away from that in anything I say. When the community looks at its healthiest what led to the issues goes undressed as it all looks good.
The policies that exist allow for a repeat of what happened from a community standpoint rather than a content standpoint as there was so much faith and power in the top that challenging it was near impossible without those being challenged retaliating (your user rights for example).
Rolling back the content is hard work, but visible, solidifying the community and it's foundation is hard even though there may be less short term work because it is difficult to measure the effectiveness of changes, moral arguments and in some cases personal agendas to contend with.
With a project there is always going to be an imbalance on who can do what based on tools and responsibilities and there is no way around that and power structures/dynamics will always be a possibility due to that. Although it may not be needed now, minimising and maintaining a minimal power imbalance is necessary for the long term to severely reduce the risk of a power dynamic such as the one that was seen recurring again to keep the wiki an open project people can join and feel like they matter in. Veto rule[]
Been thinking on what you said about not having an admin controlled veto on policy and added my thoughts on it as I agree with move power to the user when it comes to policy and have always felt strongly that these things should come from the wider pool. Non-canon info on the Vault article[]
In my opinion, it's a really bad idea to list non-canon information among canon information, especially for newcomers. Not everyone knows about the canonicity of the Fallout Bible (and other sources) before jumping into this wiki. Even some parts of the Fallout Bible, such as the timeline, were said by Chris to be a first draft and definitely not final. I view it as heavily outdated unfinalized ideas from 20 years ago, not something a wiki should be taking seriously. I think a good compromise would be if I made a dedicated "Vaults according to the Fallout Bible" or "Vaults according to non-canon sources" section, and kept it away from the actual canon information. Mobile formatting[]

- If it's the problem with the template itself, it may call for an alteration of the template or changes to CSS styling, but I don't have access to the latter outside of personal CSS on this wiki. Great Mara (talk) 16:30, 24 September 2022 (UTC)

Leon's ban[]
Now a decision has been made a remove Leon's ban a couple a months ago and I won't go back on that decision. You and Leon defend your case well, and it's pretty well balanced. I think we should go for middle ground, ban remains lifted, and if you think that he violates rules in the future you can act accordingly. But not anymore on these old accusations.
