I don't make many edits, and never worried about getting credit for my edits.
It was way easier to make them "anonymously" than try to remember a user
name and which email account I used to set it up and what the password was.

ABOUT MY VIDEO GAMING
I guess I can be called both an early adopter and a very late adopter.
Not to give away my age, but I was an early adopter as a young girl, playing Pong, Breakout, Blockade, and the like. Then not long after, video game arcades became a thing. We'd take our quarters and head to the arcade where sometimes that quarter would only buy you a few moments of play on Space Invaders, Asteroids, Galaga, Qix, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Frogger, Defender, and two of my favorites - Ms Pac-Man and Q-Bert, among many others.
By this time I had gotten a job, was finishing up high school, and going off to college. Followed by a pretty long break from video games, other than the rare, once every few years or few decades, play on a friend's (or their kids), or perhaps binging a game on Facebook like FarmTown or Candy Crush for a few days.
I became a very late adopter . . . when I finally got an Xbox 360 when GameStop was giving away used/refurbished consoles for free(!) on Black Friday 2017.[1] I borrowed a game disc from one of the kids down the street to test the console to make sure it was working properly. Then had to Google how to turn on the Xbox (LOL bless my heart!),[2] [3] and popped in Fallout New Vegas that he had given me to test the system. I immediately got hooked on this fun fun fun game. Lucky me, I found FNV Ultimate Edition on clearance at WalMart for $5. To this day, the only games I have really played on Xbox is New Vegas and also Guitar Hero/Rockband (found some used guitars at a thrift store for $2 each!!). We also purchased a football game for hubby that he likes to play, and he plays Rockband with me.
