Nevada State Route 564, also known as Lake Mead Parkway, is a pre-War roadway and unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.

Situated within the former Las Vegas metropolitan area. The route travels through the city of Henderson, traveling from the junction of Interstate 215 south and Interstate 515 north, continuing past the intersection of Highway 93 and Highway 95 to Lake Las Vegas, ending near Lake Mead.

Nevada State Route 564 appears only in Fallout: New Vegas. It also appears on an early version of the game's map.[1]
