Nevada State Route 164 is a pre-War roadway and unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.

The route itself begins as Nipton Road[1] at the Nipton Road reststop, where it intersects with Interstate 15. It traverses the southern portion of the Mojave, passing through the Nipton Road pit stop and Nipton before reaching the California-Nevada state line just east of Nipton. From there, Nevada State Route 164 follows east toward the Viper Gang ambush, Wolfhorn ranch, and the raided farmstead.
The highway reaches its eastern terminus in the center of Camp Searchlight, intersecting with Highway 95. However, the roadway itself continues east, ending at the Colorado River at Cottonwood Cove.
