Rocky helped run the arena at the Pleasant Valley cabins. Other raiders were directed to place their bets with Rocky, Tara Laramie, or Nails Phillips.[1]
When the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort's Intranet system crashed on November 18, 2086, Rocky sent a message to Tony Lagren, agreeing with Alyx Harrison and threatening that if Tony did not get his "shit together," someone would beat it out of him.[2]
