Milo was a raider in Appalachia.
Background[]
After a successful job, other raiders in Milo's group decided to shut him up for good, deciding that they no longer needed him. They were annoyed by his constant bragging and decided to put one of his claims (how long he could hold his breath) to the test. They took Milo out onto a rowboat with his belongings and drowned him in the Twin Lakes, dumping his possessions in the water next to him.[1]
