Frank was a member of the Cutthroats prior to 2102.
Background[]
Frank often brewed alcoholic drinks at Yellow Sandy's still, but he earned the ire of one of the other raiders when he experimented too much with the recipe.[1] He was also the recipient of a note from Carol alerting him to the presence of a suit of power armor at the Monongah Power Plant.[2]
Frank and other members of the Cutthroats had an impromptu meeting with the Diehards, another group of raiders in Appalachia. The Diehards tried to establish an alliance with the Cutthroats but after Repo, the Diehards' representative, insulted Frank, he shot her to death, leading to a firefight between the two gangs.[3]
