Billy was a member of a raider group in Appalachia.
Background[]
At some point, Billy was romantically involved with a chems addict that was older than him. Although Billy and his friends would torture small animals, the chems addict stuck with him because of the memories they had before things got worse. Her wake-up call, however, was when Billy and his friends began to murder people and put their heads on spikes. The addict stole all of Billy's food and chems and got "the hell out of there."[1]
