Nails Phillips was a member of the Cutthroats raider gang in Appalachia.
Background[]
Nails helped run the arena at the Pleasant Valley cabins. Other raiders were directed to place their bets with Nails, Tara Laramie, or Rocky Tallon.[1] Nails occasionally fought in the arena as well, as he "had it out" with Harvey Daniels after a match at some point.[2]
Nails also had an account in the terminal network at the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort, which was repurposed for the Cutthroats' use some time after their founding.[3]
