Harland McClintock was a former raider leader in Appalachia after the bombs fell.
Background[]
When the Great War led to many wealthy tourists being trapped at the ski resorts around Top of the World, Harland's wife, Margie, was chosen by her peers to lead the group which would eventually form Appalachia's main raider gangs.[1] The pressure of the couple's situation, as well as the savagery of people such as David Thorpe, took its toll on Harland, especially after Thorpe killed two Responders who traveled to the Top of the World to offer assistance. This led to him attempting to put Thorpe on trial for his offenses and the eventual splintering of the group into five different gangs.[1][2]
Harland and his wife Margie left to create the Diehards, with Margie taking leadership of the gang. He died at some point before Margie took her own life.[3]
