Rob was a member of the Blackwater Bandits raider group in Appalachia.
Background[]
Rob was responsible for the radiation leak in Blackwater Mine which destroyed the raider group. After gang leader Freddie Lang threatened to neuter him, Rob confessed to getting drunk and tinkering with the mine's uranium pump for several months.[1]
