Harvey Daniels was a member of the Cutthroats raider gang in Appalachia.
Background[]
Harvey owned a missile launcher with a red paint job, black skulls, and his name scratched onto the grip. He advertised himself as a suitable deterrent against the Order of Mysteries, offering protection to any raider crew who would hire him in exchange for a double cut of their loot.[1] However, his missile launcher was stolen at some point, while Harvey was distracted with a fight against Nails Phillips. He left a public message threatening the thief, to either return the launcher by Monday, or the thief would be taking an "express trip down the ski lift."[2]
Harvey also had an account in the terminal network at the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort, which was repurposed for the Cutthroats' use some time after their founding.[3]
