Mack Frazier was a member of the Cutthroats raider gang in Appalachia who was killed in 2086.

Mack's crew was stationed at North Cutthroat camp when it was attacked by Olivia Rivers of the Order of Mysteries in June 2086. He and his entire crew, with the exception of Brody Torrance, were killed in the attack.[1][2]
