Scavenger Tom is a character in the Fallout TV series.
Background[]
Tom is the leader of a group of scavengers from the New California town of Filly, which includes a huge man as the muscle of the group.

The Head[]
Tom and his crew are seen rummaging through Maximus' T-60 power armor until Maximus approaches them and demands that they step away from the armor. Cackling at Maximus' false bravado, Tom orders his scavenger underlings to kick the shit out of him. He then steps aside and watches as his scavengers do as they're told. When Maximus is restrained by two of the scavengers, Tom approaches him and claims, "Finders keepers, milord," and punches him in the face until he's barely conscious.
Tom and his scavengers then return to the T-60 power armor and, after tinkering with it, manage to open it. Soon after that, Maximus returns and knocks out a couple of Tom's scavengers, but is soon restrained by Tom and one of his scavengers while said scavenger pins him to his T-60 power armor and punches him. As the scavenger beats Maximus, Tom taunts Maximus, who uses the T-60 power armor's hand to crush Tom's head.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Tom's personality. Still, he portrayed himself as someone well respected by his underlings and enjoyed taunting Maximus when he tried to regain his power armor.
