The Trap[]
Dr. Edmundson abstracts a tooth out of Maximus's right arm, comments on the surface's ingenuity of ammo use, and informs nurse Powell that they'll need an antibiotic for him. He then staples his wound shut with a staple gun, and after bandaging his wound, Dr. Edmundson uses his Pip-Boy and leaves Maximus.
Afterward, he's seen at a picnic table taking off his shower cap and Lucy becomes bewildered after she notices the extra nose on his forehead. Dr. Edmundson would see Lucy looking at him and would smile at her and nod assuringly.
Later, when Lucy infiltrates Level 12 of Vault 4, Dr. Edmundson is seen checking on the subjects inside their cryo-stasis pods. He also noted his worry that one of them may have escaped when he saw the door there as open. As he writes something down on his clipboard, Lucy tries to escape, and one of her shoes makes a squeaky nose, which alerts the Dr., and he proceeds to set the alarm off and procure a Harpoon gun. Lucy would then confront Dr. Edmundson and splash a chemical on his face, causing him to scream in agony while fainting on the floor.
The Radio[]
Dr. Edmundson would be indirectly mentioned by Birdie when Lucy saw him in level 12 to what she thought was experimenting on them. In truth, however, he was trying to ease the pain of the test subjects.
Eventually, Dr. Edmundson, now with a gauze pad over his left eye, sat in attendance where Lucy was sentenced to death, by being banished to the surface with two weeks' worth of supplies, and cheers with the other dwellers to celebrate her release. Just as Lucy tries to reason with Overseer Benjamin and Birdie, Maximus arrives in his T-45 power armor and demands that Lucy be released. He, along with an angry Vault 4 dweller with an ear on his head, would stand in awe as they saw a Nuka-Cola vending machine be tossed in the air.
Personality[]
Dr. Edmundson is shown to be an educated doctor when he treats Maximus' injury; other than that, he's seen to be a kind and friendly individual like the rest of the residents of Vault 4.
