The shirtless wastelander was one of Moldaver's raiders, during their invasion and occupation of Vault 32.
Fallout TV series[]
The End[]
During the Vault 32 raiders massacre, the shirtless raider was seen aiming his Folding stock SMG until a Vault 33 dweller grappled him from behind. The shirtless raider then incapacitated and killed the Vault 33 Dweller by jamming and firing his gun in the dweller's mouth. Right after this, two more Vault 33 dwellers were trying to deliver more food and were advised against it by Woody, were killed by the shirtless raider.
